How to request a refund
Slate purchases are billed by Apple, so refunds are issued directly by Apple, not by us — we don't have the ability to refund a purchase from our side.
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
Find Slate — AI Teleprompter in your purchase history
Select the charge and choose Request a Refund
Pick a reason and submit — Apple will email you their decision
